The map feature in OneCrew requires proper address information to display the correct project location. If you're seeing a "No Site Address Coordinates not set" error or the map defaults to an incorrect location, follow this guide to resolve the issue.

Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to ensure your project map displays correctly:

  1. Navigate to your project's details page

  2. Ensure the following address fields are completely filled out: - Street address - City - State - Zip code

  3. Save your changes

  4. Refresh the map tab to see the updated location

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, here are some common solutions:

  • Map shows error message or incorrect location: Verify that all address fields are filled out completely and accurately. The map cannot generate coordinates without a complete address.

  • Map not loading: Try refreshing your browser page. This can often resolve temporary loading issues.

  • Address appears correct but map still shows wrong location: Double-check for any typos in the address fields and ensure the zip code matches the street address.

Please Note: The map will default to a generic location if the project address is not properly set. Make sure to update the project address information before accessing the map tab.
