Overview
Need to check the details of a project while you're on the go? Our mobile Project Lookup feature lets you search for any project in One-Crew—whether it's proposed, scheduled, or completed—right from your phone or tablet. Access project logs, contact information, and service details in seconds, keeping your field team informed and efficient without needing to call the office. This walkthrough will guide you through searching for projects and navigating their details.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to find any project from your mobile device.
From the main Schedule screen, tap the Search icon located in the top-right corner. This will take you to the Project Lookup page.
In the Search for a project bar, type the project number, customer name, or address. Potential matches will appear in a list below the search bar.
Once you locate the correct project, tap the View Project button to open its main dashboard.
From here, you can explore comprehensive project information using the different views:
Summary: This default view shows all services and material requirements. You can use the Services dropdown to filter the list and focus on specific tasks.
Project Details: Tap this button to see key administrative information, including the current Project Status, salesperson, and primary contact details.
Log: Select the Log tab to review a complete, time-stamped history of all project activity. This includes status changes, when a proposal was signed, and any comments left by the team.
Insight: Having the full project log on your mobile device means your field team can answer questions about project history and status on the spot, improving client communication and reducing delays.
Quick Access to Recent Projects
The Project Lookup screen automatically keeps a list of your recently viewed jobs.
Pro Tip: Instead of searching every time, check the RECENT PROJECTS section on the lookup screen to quickly jump back into projects you've recently accessed.
Troubleshooting
Project not found: If your search yields no results, double-check that the project number, name, or address is entered correctly. Minor typos can prevent the project from appearing.
Information seems outdated: The mobile app requires an internet connection to sync the latest project data. If information appears incorrect, ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection and pull down on the screen to refresh the page.
